Local Home Builders

Alabama state law requires home builders to be licensed and regulated by the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board.

The Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA), a trade association of over 12,000 members in 27 local associations statewide, serves as an advocate for Alabama’s housing industry and as a corporate channel through which home builders contribute time, money and services to local community service projects and education initiatives.

The Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association (H/MCBA) is a non-profit trade association which has a membership of 1,400+ business firms employing 30,000+ persons in Madison County and the adjunct areas.

Marshall County Home Builder's Association is the official home builder's association for Marshall County, Alabama.

The Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders (GBAHB) is a trade association that represents almost 2,000 companies in the Birmingham area for the building industry. These members include residential builders and other professionals associated with the home building industry, such as subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions and real estate agents. GBAHB was established over 50 years ago and has grown to be one of the top ten largest home builders associations in the nation.
